3-Week Kickstart Program
Having trouble getting to the gym? Do you need some accountability when it comes to your fitness? The 3-Week Kickstart Program is designed to help build your workout habit and hold you accountable with a program that is based on your current fitness level. Train Monday through Friday for three weeks and you'll feel like a rockstar! Program times are early morning with the first session at 5:30am and the last at 7:30am. This is the best way to start your day off on the right foot.
