My 8-Week Learn To Run Workshop is designed for people that have little to no running experience. If you’ve never run before but would like to learn how, this is your opportunity! It’s a slow-paced beginner workshop that delivers huge results. 

The goal is to start everyone off on the right foot and with tools that make running a success. Running is a proven way to shed pounds, build muscle and add energy to your daily life.
